Welcome to our page! I
am Drew Sawyer, Principal at Rogers-Herr! I believe in
collaboration with teachers, parents, the community, the school
administrative team, and other school officials, to build strong
schools.
Join us in that effort! Volunteering in our school is a great way to
know what's going on and satisfy the growing needs of our children.
For more information about volunteering, please take a look at the
Rogers-Herr PTA Website. Call or email to see how
you can help! My email address is drew.sawyer@dpsnc.net.

Greetings
Everyone! I am Lance Scott, Assistant Principal at Rogers-Herr. This is
my eighth year here and my twenty-second year in education. I really
enjoy being a part of the Rogers-Herr family. My main responsibilities
at Rogers-Herr this school year are the seventh grade and facilities. I
received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from North Carolina
Central University. I love to sing, read, go to the movies, and play
basketball. I believe that we must create a loving and nurturing
environment in order for children to learn. This is done through a
collaboration between the home and school. My email address is lance.scott@dpsnc.net.
