Cool School Cash: Coordinate publicity for school support programs offered by grocery chains and other merchants such as Box Tops and Campbell’s label program. Submit items to vendor for reimbursement. Volunteers help collect, cut, trim, and sort items.

Fundraisers: Coordinate fundraisers. Volunteers help with counting money and any product distribution.

Ice Cream Social: Organize the annual ice cream social. Volunteers donate items, help set up, serve, and clean up.

Hospitality: Plan, organize, publicize and coordinate activities for teacher and staff appreciation, bus driver, cafeteria, custodial appreciation and other events as appropriate throughout the year.

Membership: Responsible organizing, publicizing, coordinating membership drive by setting up tables at school events to promote membership. Copy, sort, and distribute membership envelopes and letters to teacher mailboxes for distribution to students.

6th , 7th , 8th grade Membership Liaisons: Assist overall chair. Promote membership on grade level by including membership information in newsletters that are distributed by teachers. Gather parent emails via the teachers to create mailing list reminders to parents. Encourage teacher membership in PTA. Assist at the membership table at various school functions.

Newsletter: Collect and edit articles for publication in the RamPage.Create and design newsletter. Volunteers proof, drop off, and pick up of newsletter from the printer. Sort and distribute as appropriate.

Parental Involvement: Plan and coordinate activities to get parents more involved in school activities and functions. Volunteers help publicize and staff the events.

Reflections: Publicize and judge arts contest.

Volunteer Coordinator: Develop, maintain volunteer lists and distribute to committee chairs.

Wellness: Plan, organize, and publicize walking club opportunities and other get fit/healthy events. Volunteers help staff events as well as keep the track open during walking events.
